FULL FACE | Pumpkin Spice Latte

It is that time of year again!!! The leaves are going crunchy, there is a slight nip in the air and yes…Starbucks is now serving their pumpkin spice lattes. Can we get a hurrah!! Yes I am one of those girls. Normally I drink black coffee because I really dislike warm milk in my drinks. But they are so tasty that I even forget milk is not the drink!! So freaking good!!

And what better way to dedicate your love to the Pumpkin Spice Latte…than turning my face into a pumpkin spice latte!! So here I am going to list the products I used to achieve this look! And a step by step with the eyes! I hope you enjoy reading this!)

Maybelline Baby Skin Primer

Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation (0.5)

Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer (Fair Neutral)

Kiko Radiant Fusion Baked Powder (01)

Anastasia Beverly Hills Dipbrow Pomade (Taupe)

MAC Eyeshadow (Charcoal Brown)

MAC Paint Pot (Painterly)

INGLOT Eyeshadows (lightest – 328, 368, 407, 51, 300 – darkest)

The Body Shop Honey Bronzer (01)

MAC Powder Blush (Gingerly)

The Balm Mary-Loumanizer

Jeffree Star Liquid Lipstick (Pumpkin Pie)

I love all of these products! The rich warmth you get from this look was very flattering on my eye colour and skin tone!! It would also look stunning with blue eyes, or a deep ebony skin tone!! It is very brightening for the complexion. And we all know about my relationship with my dehydrated dull skin!!

So I started the look with my MAC Paint Pot in Painterly. I then with a fluffy blending brush, applied a beige (328) Matte shadow from lashline to brow bone. I then went into the crease with a peach transition shade (368). Then with a detailed crease brush, I went in with a rich orange shade (51) and blended it slowly into the peach shade, slightly winging it out too. Then back and fourth with the peach and orange until the blend was seamless, and got the desired elongated fan eye blend. I then packed a burnt gold shade (407) on the outer half of my eyelid. And blending it into the beige shade on the inner corner. Then with a pencil brush, I applied a warm brown shade (300) into my outer V. And blending it with the fluffy brush we used earlier until we had the happy medium between blended out but still defined. Then with the pencil brush, I applied a mix of the orange and the warm brown and applied this to the lower lash line. Finally with the fluffy brush I applied a mix of the orange and the peach shade and blended the outer fan shape to the lash line! Flick of mascara, and you are done!!!

I am a lover of a strong Blush. Now mix that with a strong terracotta blush…and my life is made up! My favourite terracotta Blush is MAC Gimgerly and it is everything you would want for a Pumpkin Spice inspired look. It has this autumnal, pinch of spice hue to it. And it is just luscious!!

The lip shade is one of my favourites! It is the richest burnt orange shade but has hot pink shimmer it is gorgeous. I am going to do a full review on the formula in the next few posts, so…do stay tuned!!

Now…I am on my third Pumpkin Spice Latte….and I hope for many more to come!! I hope you enjoyed reading this artistic interpretation of the taste of autumn!

Thank you for reading!
