Makeup Play Look #1

Why did I start this blog to begin with? I love makeup. I love playing it and I love reviewing it. Now I do a lot of reviews, but I don’t just grab some random products and just create looks anymore. So I have a really bad sinus infection and felt like I needed a pick me up! So just went wild with my makeup to cheer myself up! And want to do more of these “makeup play” looks!

I started with priming my eyes, this time I used MAC Paint Pot in Painterly. I then went into Sugarpill Eyeshadow in Suburbia and blended this in the crease and under my eyes for a nice smooth transition. I then went into Love+ and blended that into my crease and onto Suburbia. I also applied this into my inner third and outer third of my eyes. I then went into Stila Shimmer and Glow Liquid Eyeshadow in Freedom and applied this on the centre of my eye. I loved the richness of the red complimenting the reflective turquoise. Overtop of that I applied the Nars Hardwired Eyeshadow in Ecstasy for a even more dimensional shimmer. I then went into my waterline with LA Girl Shock Wave Neon Eyeliner in Fresh. Which creating cohesion with Freedom. I then did something quite naughty…I went into some glitter. It wasn’t eye safe so I certainly wouldn’t recommend doing this. But I did this at my own risk. I used the Festival Face Glitter in Angel Dust. And applied that on the centre of my lid. I then wanted a more editorial look and took Freedom and Ecstasy on the centre of my lower lash line. And then applied some glitter too. And loved the overall effect it gave the look! I then went into my Too Faced Better Than Sex Liquid Eyeliner and applied false lashes. I chose the Eylure No. 121 lashes as they were super black and dramatic but not too long! I then applied my favourite mascara of the moment which is Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect Mascara. And the eyes were complete. I added a bit of Sweetie Pie bronzer by Too Faced and MAC blush in Pinch Me. And then went into my BHCosmetics Duolight Highlighter Palette and chose the shade Double Take! For the lips I applied a Jeffree Star Lip Ammunition in Birkin Suede and then outlined the lips in Taupest by Limecrime! And the look was complete!

I hope you enjoyed this look, and are going to enjoy this concept. Means I can get creative and show you how I created the looks!

Thank you so much for reading! 💛✨
