DUPES #1 | Skincare

Who doesn’t love a bargain! And who doesn’t love a fantastic product that becomes reminiscent of identical to the higher end substitute! Oh I bloody love it! So I thought I would discuss which items I think, out of my skincare collection, are very very similar to each other!

Clinique Take The Day Off VS The Body Shop Camomile Waterproof Eye & Lip Makeup Remover? – The Clinique Take The Day Off is one of the best makeup removers ever! I literally press it onto my eye and it removes everything in seconds! So I found it very difficult to find something that works as well…until! I went to Manchester last year and repurchased the Camomile set I adore from The Body Shop. And it was so similar! They have the oil that you shake, and they both remove makeup so quickly and so effortlessly with no tugging and rubbing! If you are looking for something cheaper and as effective, this is fantastic! And it’s around half the price! Which is superb, and you get more product too!

Glam Glow Waterburst Hydrated Glow Moisturiser VS No7 HydraLuminous Water Surge Gel Cream – The texture of the these products are IDENTICAL! They have a slightly jelly consistency but more of a cooling cream! There is one definite difference, the scent. The scent attracts me to the Glam Glow however if I over use it for a while or too much of it, I do tend to get a couple of spots! Whereas the No7 one is unscented so I do prefer using this in terms of the formula as I know I can use it liberally without getting spots! Awesome product! And such an underdog product that no one really talks about! I did get my sister on this too and she loves it!

Pixi Glow O2 Oxygen Mask VS e.l.f. Hydrating Bubble Mask – These are so so similar! I do have to say, the e.l.f. one is not hydrating in the slightest, so it’s very purifying. But the Pixi one is exactly the same! So I do have to pair this with a moisturiser! But if I want my skin to feel super clean these masks are amazing! They remove all the grub in your pores and make my skin feel so cleansed! The Pixi one is quite pricy, around £26, so the e.l.f. one is around the £10 and does exactly the same purification of your skin! They are lovely! Just ignore the hydrating as it’s misleading! If it said purifying I’d believe that more!

I hope you enjoyed this blog post! Have you got any skincare dupes worth mentioning/trying! Love to find out!

Thank you so much for reading! 💛✨
