I’m adoring playing with makeup again, and I have to say…I feel like this is my favourite series I’ve done. Simply because it is so freeing. I grab x amount of products and try to make a look with it! Or I get some similar coloured things, and go wild. This time I was so inspired to do a dramatic halo eye, using the shade Kaleidoscope from the Dream Street palette from Colourpop, but I wanted it more green over blue so didn’t want to use the blues in that palette. So I used the Tribe palette and was like a THIS LOOK IS EVERYTHING! Probably my favourite look I’ve done in a while!
I started the look with a base, and used my MAC Paint Pot in Painterly. And then went into the shade Tutsi in the Tribe palette, super lightly all over the crease and up towards the brow bone. I then took a flat Shader brush and went in to the shade San and packed this on the outer and inner thirds of the eye and blended it into my crease! It is the most perfect bottle green shade *heart eyes*. I then used my Revolution Cut Crease Canvas and created a halo eye! And over the top, I applied the gem that is Kaleidoscope all over the lid. And then blended San into the sides of it. I then went in with a liner brush and the BH Eyelights in Gnarly and went over the edge of the halo eye with this and it bought this look to a whole new level! I then went in with pencil brush and the shade Kuba from the Tribe Palette, and applied that along my lower lash line, fairly heavily! I didn’t want it overly blended though. And then took my LA Girl Shock Wave Neon Eyeliner in “Fresh” and lined my water line. Finally I went into the shade Koro and placed that in my inner corner! Applied lashes, these were miscellaneous in my drawer so I don’t know which ones these are I’m afraid. I have a feeling they were from Eylure Exaggerate line? But I can’t be sure! Then mascara and va va voom, voila!
I hope you enjoyed this look! For me, this was everything! I adored wearing this look and will wear this look over the Christmas period, for my full fir tree dream!
Thank you so much for reading! 💛✨
