Full Review | Ultimate Matte 42 Colour Shadow Palette

Eyeshadow palettes are one of my weaknesses! And I have always been majorly impressed with BHCosmetics formula (and price) and when I saw this in TKMaxx I got so excited because I had wanted to try this as the colours really appeal to me! And I have been trying it for over 2 weeks, creating loads of looks! So safe to say it’s time for a review!

The packaging to me is reminiscent of Morphe, but a little bit bulkier! So in terms of travelling with it, it’s a bit much. However it feels very sturdy and looks super professional! One thing that does bother me is there are no names. So it’s hard to refer to which shades I mean when describing and reviewing!

But then the shadows. Oh the shadows. I was not expecting to love it as much as I do. I don’t know why. But I didn’t know if the formula in this palette would be as good as the other palettes. But these are fantastic! They are all matte. All 42 of them! The texture is so creamy and smooth! They are sheer on initial application but you build them up and dang! They remind me of a slightly creamier Juvia’s place matte eyeshadow! With that buildability! My favourite shades are the greys, the lilac/baby pink and the rich raspberry and corals! Oh and the greens and creamsicle browns! So basically all of them!

Now the best way for you to see the performance of these eyeshadows is with some looks. And I have a lot of them! So here we go!

To sum up. These eyeshadows, and this palette perform super well! They blend together, even the shades that don’t go together, create fun in between colours for a seamless blend! Lovely and creamy and pigmented af! But can be sheered out for that lovely diffused blend! Just fabulous! Like I mentioned previously it reminds me of Morphe, but this is SO much better than any Morphe palette I have tried!

I really hope you enjoyed this blog post!

Thank you so much for reading! 💛✨
