Full Review | Lime Crime Wet Cherry Gloss

I am slowly getting back into lipgloss. In fact, not even that slowly! I have been adoring the sheer washes of shiny goodness smothering my lips! I don’t know, it just seems ideal right now! Plus my lips are super dry and crusty, and it feels more hydrating this way too! Anyway, I digress, these lipglosses I was introduced to when I did my Lime Crime mini reviews, on whether they are worth the controversy. And, well, I have two more shades. So thought I’d do a full in depth review on these bad boys!

The packaging of these is kinda cute, the lid kind of cheapens it a smidge, just because it isn’t made the best. But the actual tube with the writing is pretty darn lush! The doefoot is pretty big, which I like, as I have quite full lips and it makes application super easy for me, and disperses a decent amount of product!

Something you probably don’t know about me is that I am very sense orientated. Smell is a big thing, and the first thing I noticed about these was how the smelt. Oh. My. God. They smell delicious! Like a cherry pie! Super sweet and indulgent smelling! I love that about them! Another thing I like about them is that they are very wet looking…clue in the name Emily! They aren’t sticky, but they do feel thick on the lips. If that makes sense. They are also quite sheer, but I like that it’s just a wash of colour. My lips are fairly pigmented as it is, and I find this works well with the pigment of my lips!

T/B – Sweet Cherry, Unripe Cherry, Naked Cherry

All in all these are some of my favourite lipglosses. Even the component is quite diddy and cute, so it makes it more travel friendly! Won’t be bulky in your bag! The smell. The smell. The freaking smell. Is everything. The appearance is gorgeous and shiny. And they feel lovely and hydrating. Definitely worth the controversy if you ask me! Definitely would recommend these!

I really hope you enjoyed this blog post!

Thank you so much for reading! 💛✨
